  • I love this place ..home sweet home.. If I have a problem ..I report it and they come right away.. Staff is very friendly always. Love the club house get together that they have so you could get to know your neighbors. This is my second year here. They've done a lot of improvements on their apartments here that is my only problem that they been raising the rent so this is going to be my last year here at Timberlake cuz I was told that they were going to raise it once again when I renew it...and when I moved in I was told it would not go up more then 20 bucks that was why I moved in this complex because it was affordable for my son and I.. Just wish it was more affordable that I would be able to stay....
