rev:text	Absolutely miserable experience. Don't have anything go wrong; I ended up calling three people, and waiting days before my air conditioner was fixed (office [no answer EVER], maintenece, and the actual a/c repair technician). Hopefully you don't have any questions, Candice can take days, weeks, or sometimes months to answer,and when she does, it will be with condescension and a sense of annoyance that she has to resolve something. When the maintenance crew unhooked my water heater before I moved in, they failed to hook it up again, so it looked like the water heater was venting into the ceiling. Gas technicians will not activate service on a water heater that is not venting properly. I emailed Candice, only to be told that she wasn't sure why it was a problem now, it never had been in the past. That's great, but didn't resolve, or even address, the fact that I had no hot water. It's a joke. Candice and Jill are the only ones I have had contact with, our owner is always mysteriously "out of town" and doesn't seem to care about this particular property one way or the other (awning on porch held up with finishing nails, collapsing on one side entirely, oh, well!). Jill is at least prompt in her responses and tries to remain professional; Candice is laughably unprofessional, she tries to take control of conversations without offering solutions or any sort of customer service, let alone any exceptional service. Several emails were left unanswered by her, creating a very difficult move out (i.e. what should we do with the keys? Asked 4 weeks before we moved out... No answer). She'll respond to no more than 2 emails a day, even if you have questions. Don't bother to try to go into the office listed, it's a post office, where the workers will tell you, with wide eyes, that they do not work for Sureway Inc, they can not accept anything or sign for them. This has obviously been a problem in the past. We'll pay the moveout fees, simply in an attempt to avoid any more contact with this company. RUN. AWAY. Find a rental company with an office, who answers their phone, who responds promptly to emails, who has a reliable staff.
