  • First of all just got to say this place was the worst service waited for more than 2 hours just for a oil change. First I got to say I did a appointment online for 8am today came around 7:50 am they told me that I don't have a appointment they told me that the company online that does the website appointments isno longer with kia. Second after waiting more than 2 hours they coudent find my car they said it was under a different name finally found my car. Everyone that came before me and after 10 min before or 10 min after got there cars I haven't yet. Also this is the 3rd time I go here and they don't know my name or they don't have my name on the system they say if I been here I say yes than all of suddenly the name is not on file and they never put the car on file I don't know so much stuff I got to say about this place can't even explain got a headache already me getting off work workinf grave and with my daughter made this day really bad. Never again or I'm not recommended anybody here.
