  • Great place to get your heart pumping. Andy, Jess, Tammy, the rest of the crew there are wonderful! Never the same workout. They're always encouraging, keep your form correct, and pushing you to do more. A couple times of week the work out changes to "combat cardio" where you get to put on the boxing gloves and punch and kick. I've learned some good moves and proper fighting form. The price is a little less than some of the other bigger gyms. if you go everyday like me, it's just a couple of bucks per workout! They're motto is "stronger tomorrow because of today", and it's true. They also work on paying it forward. It starts with member supplied water bottles in the gym, grab one they're free, bring a case in now and then. But they like to give back to the community. We collected over 100 cases of water for the homeless and a ton of pairs of shoes too. Currently their raising money for kids with terminal diseases. If you have Tweens/Teens in sports this a great place for them to up their game too. Free health assessments and diet counseling too! Come and in and try it out, you won't be disappointed.
