  • Zero stars. 1 month into my "service" still have outages left and right. Calling customer service is like being in another country with idiots who do not speak English. Been transferred 6 times in 1 hour!! Now on hold again waiting for help. Yup exactly what I wanted to do on my ONE day off work.
