  • Thanks to Marie, my wife and I have bought our first home THANKS MARIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Marie was very thoughtful and answered all of our questions, the only concern I have is living in a HOA, not sure how that is going to work out like finishing your backyard within 120 days of moving in, um we just bought a house, plus this part of the property is not visible to the public. After reading some of the rules, not sure if we will get what we pay for with the HOA fees, might be a deal killer Another drawback is having no choice but to deal with carpets and more as they might have a relationship with beeper but it's sad that I'm being forced to have a relationship with them. No customer service skills makes it hard to want to spend money at a business
