  • The very first time I heard about sun valley my husband was telling me so many good things about it after taking one of our toddlers in for an ear infection, but when I had to take one of my other kiddos in for something I panicked because the exterior isn't your typical urgent care impression. I'm an extreme germaphobe and really hate anytime I have to go into an ER, urgent care, doctors office etc., so I was expecting the worst. I was so wrong! This literally is the only urgent care I will go to now and the only one I will take my kids to in an emergency when I cannot get them into their pediatrician. It is always so quick, and SO CLEAN. Please trust me when I tell you as I am a freak about dirt and germs, the front desk girl is always cleaning whether it be the bathrooms or just the surfaces in general. They always have a nice kid friendly movie on which I appreciate because it keeps my kids content until they get called in. Every staff member has always been so kind and gentle towards my family, I am so happy to have given them the chance they deserve! Never judge a book by its cover
