I'm afraid this isn't the most sanitary restaurant to visit, so eat here at your own risk! Judging by the color and consistency of the food, particularly the meats, at the raw bar, I suspect there isn't much turnover here. Furthermore, I saw a lot of children serving themselves and expect the risk of contamination to be high.
As for the wok, the cooks prepared the food well, but I think it would be a lot safer if the raw bar could be positioned much closer to the grill where it can be monitored and replenished as needed.
I did not even attempt to eat any of the sauces at the bar because many seemed to be thick or mayo-based, which does not hold up well to Mongolian stir fry.
There aren't any other Mongolian grills in PGH to my knowledge (aside from the ones at Chinese buffets), so likely most people end up settling here.
