I went here to use a coupon I received in the mail from the manufacture. It was literally a free item with the use of the coupon. It wasn't busy at all, I went through the self checkout and the self checkout attendant tried to assist by scanning everything in for me. For some reason when he went to scan the coupon he said it wasn't working. So he attempted again and again. Then finally he went to the store manager and the store manager looked at the coupon and didn't accept it. The attendant comes back to me and apologizes and said that the store manager won't accept it. A little disappointed, but I didn't make it a big deal because I was gonna go try somewhere else. So I ended up trying at a Walmart and just like the same, I went through a self check out. The Walmart self checkout registers accepted it and I received a huge discount for the item with my coupon. I don't know, for me the store manager could've done more rather than just say no. He probably saw that the manufacturer's coupon was worth more than the item. He probably didn't like it that I was getting it for free. This actually happened about year ago, but haven't had the time to place reviews. This experience stood out and was stuck in my mind the entire time because it was from the manufacturer and they would've credited them.
