  • i reserved a car with hertz but wanted some info on certain specifics of my rental as it seems the off airport sites have more restrictions...i have for the past week been trying to reach the airport location and get a circular round of voicemail options, including the privilege to speak to someone in the Philippines...why won't someone at the airport answer the phone...
