  • The Overture Center is phenomenal. I took my girlfriend to see Phantom of the Opera and it was simply the best performance of a musical I've ever seen. Also, I thought I had purchased tickets for the 8pm show, when in reality I mistakenly purchased tickets for the 2pm show. When we showed up at 8, I was shocked at my own mistake, but my fears were immediately relieved as the manager quickly agreed to let us in anyway. Despite being (essentially) a sold-out show, she found some handicapped seats that weren't in use for us, so that the tickets wouldn't go to waste. The Overture Center is a high quality establishment. Parking is relatively easy too (about $8 in the city ramp which is 1 block away).
