  • This would be a one star review but thank you to the lovely lady at the desk for being the ONLY welcoming person here. So my husband and I just went in earlier this morning looking to buy a C63 Amg 2018, sadly, we had to leave the dealership without the car we wanted simply because of the way we got treated. Not only did we get looked down on for being so young but we were called "irrelevant for being there and wanting to buy a car." On another note, we had to ASK for someone to help us out then wait TWENTY minutes just to be even more looked down upon by Chris Bucher, a sales man at this dealership. My husband had his heart set on buying this car and Chris told us that "we aren't his ideal customers and that we are not the tier of customer he sells to." I truly feel sorry for Chris, he felt this need to just put us down but now we know not to ever go back to this dealership. Maybe not every sales person there is the same but sadly, we much rather travel to California and purchase our car there where we know our business would be appreciated. I truly hope Chris see's this and learns next time don't judge a book by it's cover.
