I live in the neighbourhood (about .6 kms away) and I had no idea how to get here. My partner drove me (rain + luggage) made a left from Lansdowne onto Bloor approaching the station and no signage. We assumed the parking lot next to Shoppers was a way to get into the station. No. From what we surmised the only access to approach the station is from the North side of Bloor underneath the bridge. (what if you can't walk or have difficulty)
I was hopping onto the UP to Pearson.
The train is beautiful, the service great but signage and accessibility is low. For a local like me I can't imagine what outsiders do if they don't know the neighbourhood.
Love the concept but I've taken airport express trains around Europe and they are packed. I understand this is new but the signage and accessibility must be improved.
Other than the initial directional confusion easy and great experience.
