The day before my stay at this hotel, I received an email informing me that check in time would be later than usual. Not a problem -- the problem was that the person who wrote the email exposed the email address of ALL of the guests who were scheduled to check in the next day. When I called the corporate office to report this (after cancelling my reservation) I got the impression that they wanted to make amends by offering me a free room or a deal. Are they kidding? Some very serious employee training issues here.
