I started noticing a change in my metabolism around 2009. I was eager to find out what was going on, so I made an appointment with DreamBody Medical Centers, which was then owned by Dr. Paul Budnick, MD. I was seen by Dr. Ramon Esquerdo, NMD.
Dr. Ramon was one of the few naturopath's on the forefront of natural hormone replacements, whilst most doctors were still catching up.
Dr. Ramon took a full panel of baseline blood work, which started the monitoring and replacement of all of my hormones to keep my body optimized and running perfectly.
Dr. Ramon is also on the forefront of anti-aging medicine, and has an independent business called Scottsdale Prolotherapy, which I've detailed in my review. Make sure to read it.

ABOUT RAMON ESQUERDO, NMD
Ramon Esquerdo, N.M.D., B.S. born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Graduate of USC with a Bachelors of Biology, he completed his Doctorate training at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, in Tempe, AZ.
He is a license Naturopathic Physician in the state of Arizona. Dr. Esquerdo has been involved in the alternative medical field for over 18 years. He is a member of the American Academy of Anti- Aging Medicine, The International Hormone Society, and The Bio-Identical Hormone Society and the American Academy of Pain Management.
Some of his specialties include hormone balancing, pain rehabilitation, prolotherapy, intravenous nutritional therapy, stem cell prolotherapy, functional medicine and nutritional treatments. He has also done a preceptorship/residency in Family Practice Medicine and alternative medicine.
His own personal battle against Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia has made him both caring and understanding towards the suffering of his patients. He is also a member of Life Extension Organization and belongs to the group of innovative physicians recommended by Suzanne Somers.
Dr. Ramon was trained on autologous stem cell therapy by Dr. Harry Adelson, who is an innovative physician and has performed this therapy for the past 8 years. Specializes on finding the cause of disease and using the most modern diagnostics combined with multi disciplinary treatment protocols.
Recently joined forces with BioT for HRT pellet therapy. Dr. Ramon has over 10 years of experience with hormonal pellet replacement therapy.
CONCLUSION
I've been a patient ever since 2009, and Dr. Ramon has seen me for almost 100% of my ongoing weight management and hormone maintenance and other health issues that have occurred over the years.
If I sound enthusiastic, it's because Dr. Ramon and his staff have been an integral part in my health and wellness, and they deserve the accolades and praise.

ABOUT NURSE ADAN FRANCO, BSN, RN
Adan Franco currently has a multistate RN license, including Arizona. He began his career in the medical field when he became certified as a Medical Assistant in 2009. Adan worked as a Medical Assistant in various specialties such as Internal Medicine, Suboxone Treatment, Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.
In May 2013, Adan began with DreamBody Medical Centers. While working at DreamBody, Adan continued his education and pursued his degree in Nursing. In December 2016, Adan graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degree.
In February 2017, Adan continued his education once more by getting trained in Botox and Juvederm administration, HCG diet counseling, Microneedling Collagen Induction Therapy, and hormone replacement therapy.
