  • I stopped in there on Friday- 11/22/13 around 1pm. There was one worker on the phone (personal call about getting her stairs carpeted). Two customers were waiting for treatment- one was almost asleep. I was never greeted. The worker kept walking past me as she walked from her chair to the desk numerous time and never even looked at me. I felt completely invisible!!! I sat there for 10 minutes and was never even looked at. I ended up walking out. She was still on the phone. I guess her personal business was more important than customer service. They will not get a second chance.
