  • This used to be my go-to plumber for my business, but it seems like their pricing has skyrocketed for no real reason. Example: We had a mop sink that was backed up. They were fast to respond and help us out. The cost? $200 for a guy to stick a wire in the drain and pull out a rag. Maybe I'm unrealistic, which is entirely possible, but I can't rationalize that cost under any circumstances. I have many other trades that work on my business that do highly skilled work and charge fair prices. For example, when my AC was leaking from a backed up drain pan, my AC company charged me $100 for over an hour of work. The rag in the drain took 5 minutes. I don't get it.
