Soooo we tried, I tried to stick it out and make it work... but the AC unit kept leaking in the bathroom... the technician was IN AND OUT... picture 6 little 2-5 year olds 5 parents in a suite and 1-2 men techs coming in to fix the unit.
We left for the pool because we were sweating suit bad... flhone for about 2 hours hoping we'd come back to a cool room...
It wasn't.
It was just as humid and the unit kept LEAKING!!! They sent s tech again...our friends left, the room didn't cool, the unit kept leaking... and I called that we just couldn't stick it out.
Eric the front desk was soooo rude! He would barely stay on the phone to see what the problem was before transferring it to someone else. To my knowledge I could charge the cabana to my room but Katherine at the pool said I must pay for it there... so I did.. and when I spoke to Kim the front desk manager that I wanted a refund... she said because I DIDNT charge it to the room I could not get a refund and I had to call Monday and talk to finance.
Honestly this was one of the worst weekends, 115 a humid hotel room and essentially a very unsafe one with no staff that cared.
