  • I can't believe it has taken me so many years to get around to reviewing Pho Kim Long! This was the original pho place for me and my group of friends in Vegas. It was really cool for a while to replace this place with newer, hipper places but the truth remains: this is the go to at 2AM on a cold winter night! That's the latest I have come here, though. I have heard that anything between 3AM - 5AM is hell. The lines are long, all the customers are people that go clubbing, and the atmosphere sucks. I can't speak to that, it's just what I heard! I'll stick with my latest being at 2AM, thanks. I don't wander when at Pho Kim Long. No experimenting for me! I know what I like from this place and I get pho tai with spring rolls and water. Boring? Predictable? Maybe! I'm okay with that, Phi Kim Long is a staple not an adventure.
