  • This place has deals on Groupon all of the time, which is actually what attracted me to it. My Groupon consisted of 4 - 45min sessions in the infared sauna and 1 - 60min massage. I'll talk about my massage first. Stassi was my massage therapist, and she did an incredible job. I was so relaxed at the end of it. The pressure was great, and she made sure I was happy without talking too much so I could just lay there and relax. I would definitely go back to her for a massage. There is lots of room for improvement, and they seem to be proactive about doing so. For instance, during the times that I went, they were renovating the place, and even installed a little coffee bar. The prices aren't too bad, especially with the Groupon and they seem to have deals all of the time. It's not as expensive as many spa's in downtown Toronto, and you get pretty good service. I took some starts off b/c the customer service could use a bit of work. For instance, they forgot my appointment one time. I walked there after work and the place was closed!
