Chris the owner is a Hard working person when it comes to cleaning pools. but when it comes to book keeping and sending invoices to his customers , He SUCKS !!!
he did a pool drain and pressure wash for me in JULY. GREAT JOB in the heat of July. So I contracted him to service my pool. he serviced the pool, I think ? for 3 months. NO Invoice. so I called him for invoices, to pay him. he then sent me an Invoice for 3 months, which hurts to pay all at once. so I sent him half. with the intention of paying him the other half when he sends me another invoice the following month. NO INVOICE. he STOPPED coming. NO phone call saying he will no longer be servicing my pool. I called him, with no response. so I text him why he is not servicing my pool.. he responds back, ARE YOU JOKING ? I Texted him. if I owe you anything send me an Invoice and I will give him a credit card number. NO RESPONSE and I STILL have not received an Invoice for the pressure cleaning from back in JULY.
TERRIBLE !
