  • Not even worth a half a star. I am disabled so just packing up and leaving is almost impossible for me so I've actually dealt with these god forsaken apartments for far too long. I've been in this complex for about five years now and let's just say if I had ever had the chance to get out I would have!!! From the paper thin walls to the dirty ass neighbors cockroach infested homes everything you've ever had other, irritate, or just plain irk you goes on here. I mean u know it's bad when maintenance is quitting on u all the time with there only being two of them. Ok enough griping; let's get on with the review. As stated above the walls are super thin, if u Kay on the floor u can literally hear your neighbors conversations and tv going depending on how loud they listen to their tv, but that doesn't really matter since it doesn't have to be very loud for you to hear since you can hear pretty the whole conversation when u try. This also means that the stairs bang and clang and ring like huge Gongs every step that a neighbor takes. And to give u an accurate idea would be comparing just normal walking steps to sound like it was a 359lb person walking up there in wood shoes, so if they are running or jogging and not walking carefully and not heel striking or anything like that then it sounds like someone is jumping up and down on your tin sheds roof and are able to fly through it at any given second. With the buildings being built of such sturdy material things like a/c and heat leak right on out of every window and door way u have and there isn't much u can do aside from weather taping every window as well as weather stripping the door to help keep your air in and the hot air out; but be careful of that since your door is probably like mine and is off center so you have to lift up on the door knob really hard to even get the deadbolt to line up and lock right. Now that may not seem like an issue but when u have dogs, u are disabled and can't lift heavy things this makes it a huge ordeal just to get through your door and even just to lock it: and we'll the doors aren't necessarily the complexes fault as it changes with the weather so sometimes the door will close almost like it should and the rest of the time it doesn't so no matter the amount of adjusting the door to the frame you will never fully fix it. The mailman doesn't give a half crap about his life and it shows through his work of just jamming letters into boxs... doesn't matter if it's to the right number on the front of the box or it so if yah do move here don't ever order anything that comes in a package or make sure it requires signature so u can CYA. Even if it's left in your porch I've had them just up and walk off on me and it's the same for everyone I've talked to. U know it's bad when the mailman puts a note on the front of the boxs that says "this is not a return to sender space if the mail is not yours please send it to the right person". Now the first time I saw that note I almost lost it as I'd already had dealt with a few package arrival isssues with the usps here and for the mailman to be this lazy to not even care or try in his career and just leave a not for us to correct his mistakes makes me want to strangle a chump! I really can't see how those guys go "postal" when they're soo damned lazy. And so if u require a signature then your package will be in the front office for u and u should have a little letter in your mail saying there is a package waiting for u yo front.... you barely ever get this notice but that's not really a big deal as u should know when you package should be arriving since u did order it afterall... this is when u get to be oh so lucky as to have to deal with. The employees and management here which is horrible and has only gotten worse. Michelle is a joke of a manager and always looks like she just shot her pants "always frowning and giving off the look of:; oh god now what do I have to do for this person". And let me tell you; that's not something most people look forward to especially when they need to talk with management. But it is like that for all the front office people; if u aren't simply giving them a check for rent then they treat you like shit and will lie right to your face without even batting an eyelash. If they get a shipment in that is big and they don't want to deal with it right away they leave those boxs in the pool area and lock it off from everyone for a few days until they unpackage whatever it is they've wasted their money on, most recently new furniture for the pool which was replaced no more than two years ago and did not need to be replaced. And locking off the pool wouldn't be so bad for a few days if it didn't also block off the weight room. There are two different keys for the locks around the grounds for whatever reason they added a new one and didn't give it out to anyone they just wait for you to notice and need one and have to go ask for it.
