  • This place is a rip off! Don't listen to what their rep says when they are trying to sign you up for a membership. I was told I would be able to cancel my membership anytime I want, only realizing that I was stuck with them for 26 months after I signed the contract. I went to their office, wrote numerous letters, emails, nobody has ever bothered to help me. After wasting my money for 20 months, all of the sudden I got a call from them because I discontinued my credit card. When I tried again to explain my situation, the rep said she doesn't care that I was told the wrong information, and that nobody ever bothered to contact me when I sought help, she just wants me to pay. Oh, HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
