This place really is the only consistent ramen joint in town. I like that you know what you'll get before ordering. Staff remains excellent despite the uptick in business. Chef/Owner, Wayne, obviously cares about the quality of his food.
The karaage is still very tasty, but there may have been a slight change to the batter. It's a little lighter than the previous version, which I preferred, but it is still a very, very good and well-seasoned karaage.
My family still includes Tatsu in our weekly restaurant rounds.
