  • Yesterday I ordered an air rifle from the Pyramid Air store on Amazon, today I got an email stating it was out of stock. I went to the Pyramid Air website and noticed a different color in the same rifle in stock, but it was a much higher price than what I had tried to order on Amazon. I decided to give them a call and see if they'd honor the lower price from their Amazon store for the rifle(same, but different color) on their own site to help reconcile my situation. I spoke with "Dan" who happily hooked me up, cancelling the Amazon back order and setting up a new order for the rifle they had in stock on their own site, for even a few bucks LESS than I was going to pay on Amazon. Nicely done Pyramid Air, I'm shopping with you guys again. A big thanks to Dan too!
