  • This is the cleanest gym I've ever had the pleasure of going to. The equipment is new and in excellent working order, plenty of free weights, great separate room for classes, shower, two bathrooms, change room and great staff. I tend to be a little hesitant when I first check out new gyms, but the manager, Amanda, is warm and welcoming and did not hesitate to show me around and answer any questions I may have. There is a variety of people that participate in the classes as well as work out there, so it's a place for the younger and older alike. I've once had the displeasure of working out alongside a "grunter" who insisted on dropping the barbell after every rep. That was also around 8pm at night so there might be a different crowd at that time...Anyway, people are friendly there and it's a really great looking gym - motivating for sure!
