If you are looking for volume, this may be your sort of place. But can't figure out why the place was so busy. Journey smells slightly fishy and is unkempt. It's the sort of buffet where you walk around trying to figure out what you are willing to eat.
Even the American style salad bar was iffy. Only two dressings to choose from, Ranch and low cal French. On the plus was there was a choice between iceberg and spinach - but both were past their prime.
As for the seafood - none of it passed my freshness test by smell - but folks certainly were gobbling up the low quality sushi and oysters. Everything I sampled had a preprepared highly processed bite and aftertaste to it.
In short - poor quality food, not much choice or variety for a buffet, so so service and not very clean.
