My daughter-in-law took her vehicle here for service. She was presented an estimate for almost $3,000 and it did not include the tires that she desperately needed. Luckily, she walked away. She thought the repairs would be covered under the extended warranty that was sold to her when she bought the vehicle (different dealership). The extended warranty doesn't cover the vehicle over 80,000 miles. It was purchased with 90,000 on it. I recommended that she take it to a mechanic I trust for a 2nd opinion. They were not happy in comparing the list of repairs that were recommended. Only 1 ($100 item) was actually needed. She went forward with the repair + tires + alignment & balance - $1,100 out the door. Litchfield Auto Repair in Goodyear, AZ is worth the trip if you are looking for an honest mechanic. They do warranty work as well.
4/18/16 - update - I've changed the stars rating for my review. Avondale Nissan Service did review the invoice/estimate upon our complaint and agreed that it was not the work they want the technicians to do on the invoice/estimate. Training / awareness has been done with all technicians, Olivia was refunded the charge of the work that was done. An apology was extended.
