  • Wonderful store and even more wonderful staff! Have been coming to get my haircut here for over a year now and am in love with Vi (the resident barber). From getting my haircut the clothing also started to grow on me (which is terrible for my bank account because I always end up walking away with a few pieces after a haircut...which ends up giving you a discount on the haircut so hizzah!). I must say though, I came in today and was shocked with how great the staff were. I came in at 6:58 thinking the store closed at 8 (actually 7 BUT the person on the phone earlier in the day had told me 8)...I could tell that they were quite displeased (I get it, I want to go home too after a long day) but still ended up letting me try on and buy a much needed suit for a wedding I have this weekend. This is the only day I could grab a suit so they really saved the day for me. So yeah...great store, AMAZING staff and the best damn barber in the city! Did I mention they have Jimmy's coffee in the front of the store? What else could one ask for. Keep being awesome Frank + Oak.
