I decided to visit this store based on all of the 5-star reviews I read for Keep It Cut. When I entered, I was greeted and directed to check in using the iPad by the door. The waiting area was spacious and the store provided free wifi. These little touches were nice and much appreciated.
The wait wasn't long and I was soon sitting in the barber's chair. My barber asked what I was looking for and checked a few times to make sure she was on the right path. I was pleased with the final product and felt that she did a good job cutting my hair to my specifications.
Overall, my visit was a positive one. My second visit, about a month later, was similarly smooth. I was pleased with all of the amenities the store offered, particularly the free wifi. The entire haircut visit was short -- I was in and out in just 30 minutes (including wait time). This is nice for when I want a quick haircut, but it also made me feel as though my hair wasn't getting the personal attention it had received at previous haircutteries. I expect, though, as I continue to visit and get to know the barbers, the personal attention will grow.
