  • I have to agree with previous commenter "Matt W." I have used this place several times simply out of convenience, when I needed to make my car presentable to pick up a customer, etc. and didn't feel like driving all the way in to Madison. The auto wash bay is a catastrophe, it leaves these horrible swirls of unwashed dirt on the sides of your car. It ends up looking ridiculous. There is almost never an attendant on duty, but when he is, it's the owner, a guy named Bruce Nichols, who drives around in a white van that says "G&H Service Corp 920-885-6996" on the side. This guy is not a nice man. Stay out of his way, and God forbid don't ever ask him for a refund for his lousy wash or he is likely to throw you off his property. Great customer service, eh? I will never get my car washed here again, in fact, when I drive by I am sort of afraid to look in the direction of the place after my interaction with the owner. If I could give the owner 0/5 stars for his attitude, I would. For the record, this review is based on my personal experience with company/location ownership, and I am not in the car wash business. I have no conflict of interest. I wish more people in Waunakee frequented this site and wrote a review of this place, because I have never talked to a single person who had their car washed here and was happy.
