  • DO NOT USE REM AD WINDOW REPAIR!!! I called Rem AD for a quote before I even considered using them. They sent an employee to acess the damage while I was at work (no one was home). While I was at work they replaced the window WITHOUT my permission and charged me an unfair price. Bottom line, I asked for a quote, and with no authority or permission REM AD decided to complete the service and charge me. After disputing the charge, they forwarded me to a debt collection agency. BAD BUSINESS, BEWARE.
