  • They have roof that is not leaking, so they earn one star. Decide for yourself. I had this weird noise coming on top of my bedroom in my 1bhk apartment. When someone walks, we hear some metal clanking noise and when complained, they estimated it'll cost THEM thousands of dollars to fix it and they gave me this stupid offer of discounted transfer rate of 200$ (400$ in gerenal) and they have the audacity to give me a stupid deal that costs me 100-200$ more than what I'm paying currently per month for the same damn floor plan. Find the image of the offer they gave me. They don't care about the customers. My request was to: 1. Waive my early lease termination fee and set me free. 2. Transfer me to another apartment for same monthly rent with transfer fee waived and pay for the Packers and movers. Other bad things about this apartment complex: 1. This is not gated community for this cost, and there was no action taken when school kids from Z. B. Vance high school pulled the fire alarm on a weekday causing delay to office for the whole apartment block. 2. Can't dry clothes (or door mats that we wash in general) in my patio area even with dryring rack, they call it fire hazard. Try not to get into this community.
