  • Not a great first impression. Just arrived; clerk is checking in a huge group of very loud teens. The clerk says, "did you want to wait, I'm the only one here!?" Do I WANT to wait? No. But, do I have a choice?? Asked for a luggage cart, she points to where they are, I said there aren't any there, she says "oh well, that's all we have." Really?? Not a great start. I will amend my post if they make this horrible start better.
