  • I financed my Cadillac SRX through DVCU two years ago and the approval process went smooth and I enjoyed the car for over 60,000 miles during that time. A series of personal and professional setbacks this fall caused me to fall behind in payments and the staff there have been very, very understanding, worked with me over several months and really bent over backwards to try to accommodate my needs. I am currently climbing out of the financial hole I was in and will soon be back on track with my payments. I have never had any creditor treat me so well, with such compassion and understanding in my life and they have me as a customer for life!
