  • Did I enter the same store as my fellow yelpers, I cant believe this business is getting such high star ratings. First of all the place is a disarray of what looks to be very cheap frames sort of spewed around in open glass cases, with no particular organization, care or let alone presentation. The showcases were open for the public to see , so basically they were being put back wherever and staff wasnt particularly interested in placing frames back in any order or in any placement. It just showed lack of interest for thier products and inevitably the client. Sure frames were affordable but why would I buy a frame that has been humanhandled by 100s of people, smudged and sometimes bent out of shape. It made me want to go someplace else and pay more for frames where I know that they have been treated with respect and care. Not only was the place like a cheap eyeglass stand acting like a eyeglass store, the staff person dealing with me didnt even know what she was carrying, I asked her specific questions about certain designers and all she said was I dont know. Mirror placement is awkward too. Who want to go to the other side of a store just to see yourself. If I needed a work out I would have gone to my gym Not a Pleased yelper or client nonetheless took my business elsewhere.
