I got a gift certificate for a facial and hot stone massage and am having difficulty scheduling an appointment. I called twice on Saturday and told them I had a Groupon. They told me their system was down and would call me back. They didn't. I sent an email and got this illiterate response:
"Hi yes are computers were down on Saturday we will be back in the office Tuesday at 10 am"
I was clear when I spoke with the woman on the phone, on my subsequent voice message and in my email what date I was looking for. There is no effort to make that appointment or get back to me.
Now that I've read all of the negative experiences others have had with this spa, I am going to contact Groupon for a refund.
