  • Great customer service. This is my go to when mailing client docs. Pull up in the 10 minute loading area if you are SUPER SURE you have everything prepaid for and you will not have a problem. If you need to speak to a rep or have to sign and seal your items....a few feet in front of the loading area there is four parking spots that you have to pay for. Well I actually have an electric vehicle free parking tag so if you have one, just park in the pay spot. The young ladies always working here are super pleasant and quick. 5:15pm weekday is the MAXIUM cutoff for priority overnight shipping, so don't be late or you are screwed. More parking would be nice...but hey it's Downtown.
