Buyer be ware!!
I was traveling from out of state and stopped at DB at Desert Ridge. During checkout I was overcharged, the sales associate scanned items multiple times. I did not realize until back at hotel. The store was closed so I called customer service and was advised there was nothing they could do and I would have to contact the store directly. When I called the store for help, I was told I would have to come back in person because they do not have the ability to provide refunds without scanning the credit card. They also asked me to call customer service back to see if someone else could help. I asked to speak with a manager because. It's assistant managers could not help unless I came back in person. I have spent $15 on an uber to get my $60 credit. When I arrived they wanted to refund the entire order and start over to make sure I didn't get a benefit of a $5.00 coupon. Very very frustrating and sub par service. Seems like a scam, either from lack of training or skill, so buyer be ware before shopping at this store
