  • I needed a new water heater on a Saturday and the home protection plan contracts with Nationwide. They were very quick to respond and to come out and estimate the job. They were professional, competent, and helpful. Because they were so busy they were unable to schedule the work until during the week requiring me to take off from work (and take cold showers!). Otherwise I would have used them.
