  • Paul was very flexible on short notice and was willing to work with our schedule. He got there an hour early and covered the whole outside so he would be ready to explain it to us when we got there! He spent a good two and a half hours walking us through the house and assigning everything to one of seven easily understood categories. He also gave us a home maintenance checklist that's perfect for us as first-time home buyers. Thorough, high standards, and gives a great picture of what needs to be fixed immediately and what can wait for later down the road! Highly recommended.
