| - Absolutely not! Do not rent here. This place is a shit hole and if you want to coexist and share your apartment with cockroaches, loud neighbors, and tweekers then this place might be for you. I have lived here for a little under a year, the management and staff is incompetent. They are dishonest, disrepectful and ultimitely unprofessional. They say one thing and the other states another. Not one person is on the same page in that office. I was told to provide 30 day notice before leaving. It has been a shit show from the start. They never showed me my apartment before signing the lease stating it was being "Cleaned". I paid for a renovated $1000 a month 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and got the most run down, filthy, and utterly not worth the rent "renovated" apartment. I had this dingy brown tile flooring with the seal just coming up on your shoes, when I called about the flooring not being the renovated flooring (which was vinyl wood flooring) she had the nerve to tell me cockroaches get under the vinyl flooring. What? Who just blantly admits to something like that and acts like its not a big deal? My cabinets were all crooked and stained and their was drip marks from a sloppy paint job, holes in the walls, nothing was even clean it looks like someone just half asses walked around with a swiffer duster. My a/c leaked over night I called them about it in the morning and the same woman stated that "The units are having some leaking issues at this time but will not effect the functionality of your air conditioning, its not a big deal and you will be put on the maintenance list." Not a big deal? Guess I dont need to go on vacation, I have niagra falls in my hall way. Took 4 days to get this fixed. They will shut the water off at anytime. No notice. Their excuse will always be "this was an emergency shut off" this broke or that broke, how about you guys actually maintain your shit? Tweekers hoping the back wall and trying to steal, dumpster dive, or get into your storage. People have had vehicles stolen from here. They tow now ask questions later even though you were not in an unauthorized spot. My washer has been broken and took weeks to fix, laundry mat here have homeless people sleeping in it, no security, my sink has been leaking for over 2 months I call every other week and get the same answer "well I dont see a work order here". Dirty gym no one cleans and you have to pay $50 to use it Roaches everywhere, dog shit everywhere, classless people here with their little bad ass kids playing in the dumpsters and running in front of cars. Loud ass neighbors with a lot of domestic violence and stomping. The office wont do anything about it. To top off this review do you remember in the beginning when I said 30 day notice? Welp they changed it to 60 days and when I went to let them know 45 days before moving out they hit me with all these fees for not giving them a 60 day notice even though I was told 30 days and let them know 45 days. I have reached out to MEB directly and am waiting for a response. Please please take what I say to heart, do not move here. Please. Take your money else where. Believe me when I say I am not making this stuff up and learn from multiple mistakes like the rest of the reviews on this page. Glad to be out of here next week.
