  • This is the third time my dad have visited this place & Dr. Devgun alongside all the Western dental team have been extremely nice. The first visit was just for a regular cleaning, etc. My dad waited maybe for about 10 minutes in the waiting room, the receptionist was friendly and pleasant, as was everyone me and my dad interacted with in the office. Dr. Devgun is friendly and puts you immediately at ease. Everything was done efficiently and thoroughly. My Dad's third visit was to get a cavity re-filled. My dad HATE those needles and he had bad experiences with them in the past (he always end up need double the number of shots to actually get numb and they hurt!). However, Dr. Devgun said in a reassuring and not at all condescending way that she was quite good at giving those shots and that she was very confident about give those shots with ease.....and she was totally right! He was preparing himself for the pain, digging his nails into his skin to distract himself, but he literally did not feel any pain at all until the very end for like 3 seconds. The rest of the procedure was done with graciousness. We all had a great time at this clinic and I just want to say that if you guys actually care about your teeth, this is the right place to visit otherwise the choice is yours. Dr. Devgun is very friendly and we didn't even felt if we were at the clinic, the environment here was extremely nice, and even though my dad was the last patient of the day, no one made me feel rushed at all. Unless my insurance changes and makes it impossible for me to go to Dr. Devgun as my dentist, my dad absolutely plan to stay with her as his dentist as long as he is living in Arizona. -Wrote this behalf of my dad.
