  • Horrible! My wife received a quote of $239 for 6.5 hours of cleaning which would have been fine if that is actually what we received. Instead, two people were here for 2.5 hours. There were spots on the floor that were not cleaned, crumbs on the stove, nothing was moved on the kitchen counters to clean under, the refrigerator was never cleaned even though it was included in our quote. They broke a mirror in the master shower and never notified us about it as well as damaged the master shower door and didn't notify us about that either. Our house was cleaned yesterday 11/5/14. We called 20 minutes after they left to point out everything that was missed and have not received a call back yet. We did not receive what we were promised, we paid and so far no communication.
