  • I am not yet a resident of San Sonoma and concerns have come to the forefront of my experience with the leasing agents. I will say at the beginning of the process, leasing agents Kara and Laura were extremely pleasant and helped with a sense of urgency. With a little over a week left until moving into my apartment unit, I have not received my lease agreement. What is even more alarming is that upon speaking to Sherrie, she came across both combative and unsympathetic to my concerns. She was condescending with her responses as to why I have not yet received my lease. I can only hope that my second experience with Mark-Taylor will be better than the nightmare I've experienced at my current place of residence.
