  • I came yesterday to buy a Kitchenaid. Last week, it was on sale for 20% off and I didn't know it went off on Sunday. I was upset when I saw that the discount wasn't valid anymore since I had put one on hold the night prior and no one told me prices changed or I would have drove down then. I came across Jen who was a manager. She met me in the middle and gave me a 15% discount to accommodate me. I certainly wasn't expecting that since at the end of the day a sale is a sale. I left so happy and with even more loyalty to Target. Thanks again! Awesome customer service.
