  • Dr. Horvath, Alyx and the lady at the front desk all took the time to get to know our dog and her complicated recent medical history. They showed true attention and concern for her. It was easy to get an appointment and we were seen on time. There was no "push" for expensive testing, procedures, etc. Also, it was a nice surprise today to get a link for online access to my pet's medical file, with buttons to request an appointment, order medication refills, etc. We're definitely switching to Norterra Animal Hospital as our primary vet!
