  • I called a big AC company to come and look at one of our units that was lagging, and not able to keep up. They had a whole list of items that needed to be repaired, and at a staggering price tag. My husband called Definitive Air, and spoke with Carol, who is wonderful! She set up an appointment for Mike to come over that afternoon! He is extremely knowledgeable, knew before he got here that we did not need that long list of repairs. Service was fast, and friendly. The system was back to normal and cooling the house in a matter of minutes! We will be calling Definitive Air for any future repairs!
