  • Who gets excited to see the dentist?????? ME!!! Well..not all dentists...but I get excited to see Dr. Muggleston AND all the people in his office...the front office manager, Josh is super great...he remembers faces and names and is always there to meet your questions and concerns. Most dental offices could care less about you or your family...just looking to make a quick dollar at the expense of their patients and their insurance companies...not this office. The whole team is great...Yasmin, Josh, Joanna... THEY CARE...every time you come in they are happy to greet you and take care of you. Dr. Muggleston is one of the most empathetic medical providers I've ever come in contact with. He explains thoroughly what he is doing and is always happily working away. You can tell teeth are his passion! They never keep you in the dark about cost or pain levels...and are gentle and charismatic...I switched from my previous dental office last year because they lacked all of the above...and when I was scheduled with Dr. Mccafferty this last visit because Dr Muggleston was busy the day I needed to come in, I almost cried...but WOW...he is amazing as well...I literally can't think of one bad thing to say about this practice...I recommend everyone I know to this dental office and they always come back and say "Thank you so much for introducing me to Dr. Muggleston, I love him..." well guess what? Me too...me too...thank you for making my teeth and this little Pittsburgh turned Vegas girl a very happy patient!!! #patientforlife
