If I could channel all of my negative consumer experiences into one terrible review, I would unleash it on Sears Parts Service. Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences of my life. I needed a part for my Kenmore water heater, and not one repairman would touch it. Sears parts cataloguing system is so convoluted, you are forced to go through their atrocious parts phone service. EVERY phone number takes you to the Philippines where people simply do not care. Want a tracking #? Forget it. Even though items are sent UPS, they cannot give you tracking numbers. Want to call the parts depot (in Etobicoke) directly? They will not give you the phone #, and it isn't listed. Without exaggeration, I think I spent 3 or 4 hours on the phone with these people. Awful experience. Do not buy Kenmore!!
